It took me 7 years to actually start learning to code. In 2018, @levelsio made me book a one-way flight to Bali because Dojo looked way too cool on his pictures. → I joined TeamTreeHouse to learn PHP. Didn’t do anything with it. Met @AndreyAzimov at Dojo when he was building Sheet2Site. →Asked him about his stack. Didn’t do anything with it. Met @dannypostma at Tropical Nomad in 2020. He did a 7-figure exit a few months later. → He gave me the exact list of videos he used to learn to code. Didn’t do anything with them. Interviewed @marclou in 2024 when he had just reached $100k+/month. → Bought CodeFast a few months ago. And I’m finally doing something with it! I wasn’t doing nothing all this time. I was building my Affiliate SEO websites to 6 figures a year. But now, it feels like we are entering a Golden Era of vibe coding, and I don’t want to miss it. So here I am, 7 years after telling myself I’d learn to code and build cool apps like these guys. I’m finally doing it. But don’t postpone like I did. If your gut tells you what to do, listen to it. Because you’ll always end up doing what you were supposed to do. PS: Big thanks to these guys for inspiring so many people to start building cool stuff online 🙌
