A couple weeks into Whoop: - Solid 24/7 wearable that you can lift with - Would not choose over my Apple Watch and Oura combo (Watch for lifting, Oura for sleep and daily tracking) - Oura still seems more accurate for sleep tracking and recovery metrics - Steps is so inaccurate it’s actually hilarious Makes sense if you want one device that does it all vs. two (Oura for daily activity and sleep, Apple Watch for workouts)
