This is sad but also probably the best outcome, played out as a poker game:

- Benny got into YC preflop with the idea of hosted ComfyUI as a service, decent initial traction

- Flop comes, Comfyanon himself starts ComfyOrg. obviously ComfyOrg owns ComfyUI's roadmap.

- ComfyOrg announces $17m fundraise.

- Benny folds.

Open Source wins in the end, and founders reading the tea leaves and biting the bullet is ultimately bullish
