i need to get better at email. I've been a @superhuman user for ~7 years. things that frustrate me about superhuman: - no preview pane. gmail has this. unacceptable. - setting up filters / split inbox is still way too primitive - important vs other filter regularly misclassifies important email. i have no confidence that "move to important" updates any ML anywhere. - when i search for a key term i sigh when it is found in a long thread of 50 emails bc superhuman doesnt dig into that for you. - ai feature just isnt that good. 80-90% of my ai usage is me trying to search. and when i try to use ai to search it is still too dumb - doesnt do multi inboxes well or shared inboxes - dont even start with multi calendar - iphone app still does not have widgets - create snippet process could be easier what it does do well: - its fast, local first ive tried to quit superhuman 3x. yes i've looked at mail0. cora. shortwave. they all suck vs superhuman. but what i really need is superhuman done well. unfortunately superhuman hasnt materially progressed in the last 3 years. i've lost patience for it. if you are building New Superhuman please let me know.
